We specialize in providing Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy to your community.

Every day that passes without the right intervention, your residents are at increased risk of falls, cognitive decline, and losing their independence. But what if you could help them live safer, more independent lives—at zero cost to your community? You can!

The Alarming Risks Facing Your Residents

Mobility and Falls

Did you know that 50% of assisted living residents are considered frail, with reduced physical strength and endurance? This frailty increases the likelihood of falls, and the numbers are staggering: 65% of residents experience at least one fall annually, and many who suffer hip fractures never fully regain their mobility. Don’t let this happen to your residents!

Brain health

Cognitive decline is another major concern. 55% of your residents may already have dementia or cognitive impairments, and the majority will develop behavioral challenges like agitation, depression, and wandering. Without the right care, this can lead to the need for secure memory care.

ADLs deficits

As your residents’ physical and mental health declines, 40% require assistance with at least one ADL (dressing, toileting, bathing). These numbers grow with time, creating more demand on your staff and facility.

What Does This Mean for You?

Increased Staffing Costs: More residents needing ADL support and behavior management puts additional pressure on your staff, leading to burnout and turnover.

More Hospitalizations and Mortality: Without intervention, fall risks escalate into preventable injuries and early mortality, impacting your facility's reputation.

Higher Care Transitions: Residents needing more assistance will transition to skilled nursing or memory care, affecting your occupancy rates.

Declining Satisfaction and Retention: Families are less likely to keep their loved ones in a facility where they perceive declining health and inadequate care.

How can we help you?

We are a group of Texas board-certified physical and occupational therapists who specialize in enhancing the quality of life for geriatric residents. We’ve developed a proprietary approach, specifically for assisted living facilities, that focuses on three key programs.

Steady Steps

Our fall prevention program improves mobility and reduces fall risks.

Mind Boost

Cognitive Wellness Program: A cognitive wellness program that helps sharpen mental abilities and delay cognitive decline.

Independence Plus

Focused on increasing independence with ADLs and improving safety

Each program is designed to deliver measurable results, and we work closely with your residents’ physicians to ensure personalized care. Plus, there’s no cost to your facility, as we bill Medicare or other insurance providers directly.

How do we work?

Step - 01

Resident Risk Profile: We meet with your nursing leadership and residents to conduct a brief screening, gathering data on physical strength, balance, fall risk, and ADL function. This gives you a real-time snapshot of your residents’ abilities.

Step - 02

Program Selection: Based on these findings, we recommend which residents would benefit from each of our programs.

Step - 03

Implementation & Reporting: We schedule therapy sessions that are typically 3-5    times per week, depending on the resident’s needs. We continuously assess progress and provide you with regular updates on mobility, fall reduction, and ADL independence.
